Lise is a retired school teacher with 25 years in Public Education, and is a Master Teacher. She trains horses in French Classical Dressage, teaches Working Equitation and is a Licensed official L' Judge candidate with  USAWE and WECan. Lise is passionate about teaching the WE ropes to Ontario equestrians and soon, judging shows!

Cathy Dias is a life-long classical dressage enthusiast and teaches at her facility North of Toronto. Cathy  is a strong supporter of Working Equitation growth in Ontario.  She believes in the well rounded progressive development and training that Working Equitation offers to horses and riders. 

Cheryl is a multi-talented and high performing member of our OSWE team. She was integral to the planning and managing the 2023 OSWE Working Equitation Expo - taking on responsibilities in all areas, and including showing her horse Fraser, and completing the Technical Delegate course with S. judge Doreen Atkinson. Cheryl is very eager to support the growth of WE sport in Ontario.

With over 50 years, competing in eventing, dressage and breeding Canadian Sport Horses Linda brings expertise in horse sport development from her long involvement in Canadian Young Rider programs and Athlete Development with Equestrian Canada. When Linda is not officiating as an EC Level 3 Technical Delegate of Eventing, she runs her  boarding and training facility, Sprucehaven Farm, hosting Olympic and International  clinicians. Linda is committed to developing WE in the equestrian community in Ontario.

Tracy is a published writer and photographer specializing in horse-related topics and sport. For three decades she's contributed to Horse Sport and the Toronto Star. A lifetime equestrian, Tracy breeds Canadian Sport Ponies. She competes with her Morgan  in Dressage and soon, Working Equitation

Barb is a Working Equitation Coach who is dedicated to promoting Working equitation program to Ontario Youth through her outreach clinics with Pony Clubs. She is also a fierce competitor with her three horses, Finn, Grandi and Sky!

A graduate of the Humber College Equine Management program, and University of Guelph in B.Sc Animal Science . Theresa has extensive experience in horse sport and program development. She is Certified and Licensed Competition Coach, Theresa actively supports the Canadian Pony Club and the Western Ontario Region (WOR) acting as a clinician and a National examiner and WOR Vice-Chair. She is She is a certified NCCP- EC Coach Developer and actively participates in life-long professional development through NCCP courses, rider clinics, and equine training opportunities.

Theresa is working to connect all disciplines in the equine industry for the betterment of the horse.
